How refunds work for donations and payments made to Website Analyzer

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Website Analyzer is operated by Gouthaman Karunakaran. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all payments and donations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or you made a payment by mistake, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund it — no explanation required.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a further 5–10 business days for the money to appear on your statement.

How to Request a Refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

  • • Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout to find your order and request a refund.
  • • Or contact us through our help page and we will arrange the refund with Paddle for you.

Please include your order or transaction reference (shown on your Paddle receipt email) so we can locate the payment quickly.

Recurring (Monthly) Donations

You can cancel a monthly donation at any time through the Paddle customer portal at paddle.net or by contacting us. Cancellation stops all future charges. The most recent payment can be refunded within the 30-day window described above.

Additional refund rights, including statutory consumer rights in your country, are described in Paddle's Refund Policy, which also applies to your order. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
